    All our services are free and confidential. If you are looking for a free pregnancy clinic in NYC or surrounding cities, we are the place for YOU!


    Unexpected Pregnancy


    We meet with women and men facing a pregnancy decision, listening to their stories and concerns. We offer a safe, confidential setting where they can process emotions, doubts, and important questions, and receive resources to help them on their way.


    After-Abortion Support


    We provide women and men the opportunity to process an upcoming abortion or past experience either one-on-one or in a same gender group. Sharing your story with those who have been there can bring relief and insights to move forward.


    Pregnancy & Parenting Support


    For our clients who choose to move forward with their pregnancy, we provide parenting support and information. We assist them with practical resources, such as labor and delivery classes, mentoring from a budgeting expert, or information on adoption services.


    Support for Couples & Partners


    For clients seeking to strengthen or rebuild a relationship while facing a pregnancy decision or after an abortion, we provide tools and curriculum to help. These meetings facilitate deeper self-awareness and tools for stronger interpersonal connections with romantic partners, families, and friends.

  • Do you have to pay for an appointment?

    No. All of our programs and services are free and confidential. 


    This is made possible by hundreds of supporters who donate their time and money to make this safe space available to you. Many of us have been there. We've felt the stigma and judgment, and we don't want you to have to go through this alone.


  • Do you meet in person or virtually?

    Both! We have appointments available through Zoom, where you can choose to show your video or not, or meet us in our centers in Midtown Manhattan and East Harlem, New York.

  • Do you provide services only for women?

    Pregnancy and abortion affect women and partners in different ways. At Avail, we provide both in-person and online support for men and women so you don't have to face the unexpected alone.
