If you're unexpectedly pregnant, you may feel the pressure starting to mount. Take a second to pause and breathe. Remember, it's normal to feel a wide range of emotions including shock, anger, excitement, denial, or even panic. Know that you're not alone. And most importantly, remember that you have options.
Maybe you're feeling symptoms and you're not sure if they're pregnancy or something else. Perhaps you've taken a test at home but you're not sure the results were accurate. We offer free, confidential urine pregnancy tests to help you know, for sure, if you are pregnant or not.
An abortion is a significant, complex experience. Too many of us don't have a safe space to process our experiences and emotions. No matter how you feel after your abortion, we are here to listen. We offer one-on-one confidential appointments with trained advocates who have gone through it too, or you can join a support group to hear others' stories.
Did things change in your relationship when you thought she might be pregnant? Are you and your partner on the same page with the decision? If you're looking for tools to understand and express your own needs, the impact on your relationships, how to practice self-care, and more, we’re here for you.
Even the best relationships can hit rough patches due to continual stress or just the pressures of everyday life. When facing an unexpected pregnancy or abortion, clear communication is vital. Implementing some of our tried-and-true methods can help you develop healthy strategies to tackle difficult conversations, prevent future blow-ups, and move forward with confidence.
If you're considering parenting or adoption, it can be hard to find reliable information and a space to process that information. We're equipped to provide answers to your questions, free pregnancy classes, and one-on-one personal advocacy. We can even connect you to practical material resources you may need.
